3 to 4 cups of sauce
4 cups cranberries
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups sugar
1¾ cup water
Juice from one lemon
1 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix the cranberries, butter, sugar, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Maintain at a rolling boil until the fruits burst (approximately 5 minutes).
- Add the lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Cover the mixture and chill until firm.
