Ingredients

1 liter (4 cups) of cranberry juice
2 lemon slices
1 orange , sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
3 ginger slices about ½ cm (¼ inch) thick
90 ml (6 tbsp. ) Brown sugar
1 clove
2 star anise

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan , boil all ingredients. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain . Serve warm with spices if desired.
