1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cranberry juice 100% (optional)
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or Nature
1 c . flax seed tea (optional)
1 c . Tea Chia (optional)
1 c . tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients to a smooth homogeneous consistency.
- You can substitute orange juice for milk or almond milk or soy or vice versa.
- Greek yogurt is suggested for its high protein content.
